Muriwai Wedding

Chloe and Chelsea, two creative souls with impeccable taste, had an intimate wedding at Gracehill Vineyard Estate with just a small group of their closest friends and family. It was really important for them to do things this way and to create the perfect day for them as a couple.

Featuring their gorgeous dog Dustin in his custom flower crown by Rose Tinted Flowers and bow tie, it really was special and beautiful (despite lost cars in big carparks and Auckland traffic delaying the ceremony by an hour!). These two met over 10 years ago and share big life dreams for each other. It was evident to see that they are very in tune with each other and love each other completely.

Following the ceremony, I was given free reign to β€˜chase the light’, and that we did. Starting with golden light filtering through the forest at Muriwai, we then raced to my fav Maori Bay to catch the last 5min of the sunset. And we quite literally did race, the girls ditching their heels to climb over rocks and run along the beach to the water, these two were all in and I loved it! Thank you both for your sense of fun and adventure and for choosing me to photograph your wedding x

This wedding was featured in issue 18 of Together Journal.
